The zip tie tool can bind the goods using cable ties. This machine uses the zip tis size W3.6 * H120. You can use it in the factory. Pls be sure that there is air source there too.

Faster – The operation speed is 0.9S. The zip tie tool can automatically wrap, tighten and cut off the cable tie one by one. All operations take only 0.9s. It is less about 5S than by hand.
Clever – The automatic cable tie machine have three advantages. One of it is the temperature control system. It can control the temperature of cable tie. As you know, the nylon cable tie would be fragile when in low temperature. You can adjust it 40℃ - 50℃ when to use the machine.
